A brief discussion to understand client needs, project goals, and initial budget. Align expectations and define the project scope.
On-site inspection to gather key information such as measurements, acces, environmental conditions, and technical constraints.
Development of plans and cost estimation based on site data and project requirements.
Development of Bill Of Quantities and make final working drawings according to the agreed concept.
Signing of contract covering scope of work, payment terms, schedule, and responsibilities.
Implementation of the project according to design and timeline. Includes quality control, progress monitoring, and regular updates.
Post construction phase for defect liability. Any necessary repairs or adjustments are handled before final handover.
Project handover after the retention period is over and the work is 100% complete.
